Screening 2 - Primeval

Mise-en-scene
- setting (forest, shed masculine areas)
- cars
- yellow digger
- guns
- dogs
- shovel
- characters (two women, five men, one tiger)


Camera
- close up of man setting a trap for the tiger
- high angle of the tiger to the man showing power 
- close up of mans face showing fear 
- point of view shot on zip wire
- power changed shown in a high angle from man to tiger
- over the shoulder shoot of women talking to man in barn


Editing
- units fast cuts between shots
- shot reverse shots of conversations between the group of people
- tracing shot to show all characters
- men have more time on screen showing power
- pace changes to become very fast


Sound 
- sound effects (digger, dogs barking, gun shots, roar of the tiger, very masculine sounds)
- tense music with women vocals 

Screening 1 - Primeval

- woman driving digger
- tiger has power over the man shown in camera angle
- woman's fighting the tiger defying the general stereotypes
- power switches and man has power over the tiger
- but the man now with the power has a feminine side as he is running away from the tiger
- switch of power again as the women shoots the tiger
- the women's in a environment full of men 
- man has power over women using a gun 
- women holding gun being very masculine
- man holding spade acting feminine 
- switch of power between man and the group including the women
- screening shows change of general stereotypes
